Enrollment begins. We don't disappear—BrainSmith stays engaged through the first cohort to monitor progress, adjust pacing, and ensure the program is delivering on the outcomes you defined in Phase 1. After graduation, residents transition to the Alumni Clinical Ladder, and the next cohort begins.
